Refund policy

You can request an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please keep the following in mind:

Items must be in their original condition and original packaging.
Shipping fees for exchanges or returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue was due to an error on our side.
You are allowed to inspect the product while the courier is at your door. If it’s unsuitable, you can return it immediately and pay the shipping cost.

يمكنك طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب. يُرجى مراعاة ما يلي:

يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وداخل التغليف الأصلي.
يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن عند الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، ما لم يكن الخطأ من جانبنا.
يمكنك معاينة المنتج أثناء وجود المندوب، وإذا لم يكن مناسبًا، يمكنك إرجاعه في نفس اللحظة ودفع رسوم الشحن.
